Welcome to Softapplay Indoor Media Player ("the Application"). By using our application, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the Application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Softapplay Indoor Media Player, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Application.

                                
                                Important: Use of the Application by minors under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult.
                            

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Softapplay Indoor Media Player for commercial or personal purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

This license does not include the right to:

Distribute, sublicense, or resell the Application
Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Application
Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. Accounts and Security

To access certain features of the Application, you will need to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when registering
Maintain the security of your account and password
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

                                
                                Security: We recommend using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication when available.
                            

4. Access Tokens

Softapplay Indoor Media Player uses public tokens to:

Access playlists and media content
Authenticate authorized devices
Synchronize data between the application and our server

You agree to:

Keep your tokens confidential and not share them with unauthorized parties
Notify us immediately if you suspect a token has been compromised
Not use other users' tokens without explicit authorization

5. Data Collection and Usage

To provide and improve our services, we handle user data as follows:

A. Content You Upload

When you upload media files to create playlists:

We process and store your files temporarily for playback functionality
We do not analyze the content of your media files for any purpose other than delivery
Uploaded files are not used for our own purposes (marketing, AI training, etc.)

            
            Technical Note: While we must technically "collect" files to store them on our servers, this is considered processing rather than data collection under privacy laws, as we don't extract personal information or use the content beyond providing the service you requested.
        

B. Actual Data Collection

We collect the following metadata and usage data:

Basic file information: File names, sizes, formats (for compatibility purposes)
System metadata: Upload timestamps, duration, resolution
Usage patterns: When/how often files are played

C. What We Never Collect

Content analysis of your media files
Personal information embedded in files (EXIF data, etc.) unless required for functionality
Any usage beyond delivering your content to your designated displays

6. Application Permissions

Softapplay Indoor Media Player may request the following permissions:

Storage: For media caching and offline playback
Network: For synchronization with our servers
Auto-start (when applicable): To ensure continuous operation
Overlay (when applicable): To display playback controls

All permissions are used strictly for the described functionalities and can be managed in your device settings.

7. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

All content uploaded, displayed, or shared through the Application
Ensuring you have all necessary rights to the content you use
Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Maintaining backups of your important content

                                
                                Prohibited Content: You may not use the Application to display illegal, offensive, discriminatory content or content that violates third-party rights. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
                            

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue the Application at any time
Add or remove features
Establish usage limits
Terminate accounts that violate these Terms

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users about significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Softapplay Indoor Media Player is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that:

The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
Any content will be maintained or stored indefinitely

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

10. General Provisions

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Brazilian law
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of São Paulo/SP
Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force
Updates: We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
